Finals Week
We have recently heard of several graduations occurring back in
the United States. Of course, preceding all those walks down the
aisle are the "Finals." Along with those finals always come the
study, jitters, and anticipation. This week we will be taking a
"final" of sorts.
We are going to be taking the 2+ hour boat trip across the
channel with a tribal language helper (Tamrau pronounced Tom-rou as
in round) to Kokopo. There we will be meeting Bob Rempel, an NTM
language consultant, to do some testing and evaluation. This will be
Aaron's 3rd of 4 and Lori's 2nd of 4 tests in our journey to
complete the language and culture learning process in Patpatar.
Please pray for us and our language helper as we travel the seas.
Pray for a good time of testing. Pray that we will be able to
continue our language and culture learning so that soon the Patpatar
will be able to clearly understand God's Word in their own language.
Thank you for praying on our behalf during this finals week!
Aaron and Lori
