Our Family
Aaron
- I entered the world in November of 1976, to a set of wonderful Christian
parents. They taught me from the Bible, and at the age of six I realized my
sinfulness and my need of a Savior. At that time I received my ‘heavenly
citizenship by placing my trust in Jesus and His completed work. Early on in
my Christian life I felt an interest in missions. Even growing up in Sioux
City, Iowa, in the middle of the United States; through God’s Word,
missionaries, and a missions trip, I was sure that God was directing my life
into tribal missions around the world.
Lori
- I was born in October of 1978.
I was reared in a wonderful Christian home by two Godly parents.
At age five, I realized that I was a sinner and accepted Jesus and
what He did on the cross to deliver me from sin and separation from
God. I knew at age thirteen, that the Lord’s will for me was to go
into missions. However, for a couple of years I struggled with
this because I had something else planned for my life and I knew
what I wanted to do. Finally, I agreed with God in His plan
for me. It was only after I surrendered to His will that I was
happy.

Avalon
- I was born during the year Y2K. My name, Avalon Evangelique, mean
"Island witness" and that is exactly what I do. I am often found
trying to use a combination of the three languages that I am
learning to tell my little Patpatar friends about Jesus. I love
living on the ocean in Papua new Guinea and am working on being
Mom's big helper.
Sierra - Though I am an American citizen I have never been to
America. I was born in the capital of Papua New Guinea January of
2003 and moved into the tribe when I was 5 weeks old. I am a very
energetic, curious little girl and my official job is to keep my
parents busy.
